I poorly planned for staying on track while out of town and it showed. Ughhhh!
Here’s my 3-ish minute rundown….
This is my public ‘weekly accountability meeting’ (WAM per the book).
Currently on day 2 of week 6 which means MONTH 6 - cause remember…
one day = one week
one week = one month
I am tracking 3 goals….
funding (e.g. increase Substack paid subscribers from 13 to 100)
fitness | health (e.g. meditate / silence 15-30 minutes per day)
creative output (e.g. create DAILY work on a platform that does not vanish/disappear like Instagram stories)
Again, the book says the goals should not overwhelm you but should stretch you.
I tend to be extreme and in recent years (2-3) I am doing my best to shift to slow, steady, and consistent on certain things. I truly believe there is power is simplicity - going deep on one thing versus shallow on a lot so I am keeping that in mind as I tweak the ‘tactics’ + ‘measurements’.

(((((Sally))))) I love you and your desire to better yourself but I’m getting stressed out just hearing you talk about this endeavor…..please consider giving yourself more grace when the goals aren’t met especially when you are doing something else like traveling xoxoxox
