“That was my Damascus Moment”
I remember from biblical teachings hearing about the ‘road to Damascus’ so I knew what Theo du Plessis meant but I had never heard this phrase before.
This has definitely been added to my ‘language and phrases’ file.
Were you familiar with this phrase?
What has been a ‘Damascus moment’ for you?
I wrote about one I had here.
You can watch Theo du Plessis here. He mentions Damascus moment at 2:23.
“The reality is that certainty is an illusion….”
I discovered Crystal Harrell after YouTube suggestions gifted her to me.
I initially watched this video and then later discovered the above quote in one of her written posts.
When I saw that sentence I screamed YES! (in the car, solo).
I plan to sit with it and add it to my toolbox when I am having conversations about taking risks.
You can find her under Crystal Clear on YouTube - I mean didn’t she get the best handle!?!?

“Make a deliberate decision to spend more time in the presence of those whom you’re most closely aligned to in-Spirit. This means seeking out “higher-vibrational people” and avoiding those who reflect more ego-oriented behavior patterns. Keep in mind that higher spiritual energies nullify your lower tendencies, while also converting you to more in-Spirit frequencies.” - Wayne Dyer
I really don’t even have anything to say behind this one. It is simply a beautiful reminder!
Who are the people who do this for you?
Please join me in reaching out to spend more time with those people.
I love it when time with someone takes me higher! Ah! Delicious!
Thanks so much for being here.
See ya next Sunday!
Hugs, Love, and Gratitude Y’all!

My road to Damascus moment was when I decided to go back to school and become a nurse after a 27 years hiatus. I graduated last month❤️
My Damascus moment was moving to Colorado Springs in 2005
In the last 19 years, I have had a lot of personal growth and yes I met and married my husband during this time too 😍
