Week 2 of my 12-week year

weekly scorecard - documenting my journey

My score was 67% this week - up from last week’s 52%.

There were 27 action items/ ‘tactics’ and I completed 18. Last week I completed 13 of 25.

*note: some of the tactics are daily, so if I miss a day I can’t check it off.

Here’s my 3-minute rundown….

This is my public ‘weekly accountability meeting’ (WAM per the book).

Headed into week 3 which means MONTH 3 - cause remember…
one day = one week
one week = one month

I am tracking 3 goals….

1. funding (e.g. increase Substack paid subscribers from 13 to 100)

   1. 11 action items for week 2

2. fitness | health (e.g. meditate 15-30 minutes per day)

   1. 10 action items for week 2

3. creative output (e.g. create DAILY work on a platform that does not vanish/disappear like Instagram stories)

   1. 6 action items for week 2

Again, the book says the goals should not overwhelm you but should stretch you. Well I am feeling S T R E T C H E D! Ha!
