What's ONE virtue I want to exhibit? (meaning: the person you are striving to be, what’s one thing you can do towards becoming that person)
What's ONE thing I'm avoiding? (this was definitely a way to keep it in my face)
What's the ONE thing I need to do?
He says set a timer for 5 minutes and don’t write more than one sentence.
I was always over 5 but under 10. And I definitely wrote more than one sentence on some.
You might find this helpful if you have been wanting to journal but didn’t know where to start or what you might write.
Do you journal?
SHE SAID/HE SAID - [paraphrased] You have to train your mind like a dog. YOU decide when you’re going to get up/do something, NOT your mind!
Ask yourself ‘what does GREATNESS look like!? - what would GREATNESS do!?’ and make decisions based on that!

IN MY EAR - Herb Alpert a trumpeter of SIXTY YEARS!
I was at a coffee shop, heard the music, i SHAZAM’d it, and it was Fandango by Herb Alpert.
Looking forward to going down a rabbit hole and learning more about him and his passion for music/art.
TRY IT WITH ME - eating more fruit - Instead of focusing on stop eating this and stop eating that, try ADDING in a healthier option.
I add fruit to smoothies but want to eat more. I will be heavy on the avocado.
