Things discovered in real life and online that you may like too.
TRIED IT - Reading ONE BOOK at a time versus a few/several. Le sigh.
I can’t! The end.
I like jumping around from book to book. I just do.
For me, a sweet spot is to have one main book that I am focused on completing - but still allow myself the freedom to read others while reading the one.
I read a minimum of 10 pages a day in the main book until I finish it.
I landed on that number when I did 75 Hard - I only read one book at a time during this challenge.
Do you read book at a time or multiple?
RANDOM TIP - Tax Day is April 18, 2023. Again, le sigh!
If you have ever owed the IRS and had those high a** fees added, you may be eligible to get those fees back.
Once upon a time I owed the IRS a lot of money (long story short: taxes from winning a prize).
The penalty fees were outrageous. I stumbled across something and learned those fees could be removed.
I called and sure enough it was true. I was able to get the money back. You must call because of course the IRS won’t automatically do this for you.
I learned this so I am passing the information along hoping it will help someone.
The number I called at the time - 800/829-0922.
There was special consideration during COVID. You can find that info here.
QUOTE I’M LOVING - “Live as if everything is rigged in your favor.” - Rumi
EVERYTHING! - I want this in my head on repeat.
Things are working out for us.
In our favor.
Even when we don’t get something we want.
As we navigate life this week let’s remember this.
Come back to it as often as we need to.
When we’re nervous to ask about something.
When we’re rejected.
When someone is late meeting us.
When we get looked over for a position.
When they don’t call back.
“Live as if everything is rigged in your favor.”
Let’s choose this view this upcoming week.
THAT’S IT Y’ALL - see ya here next Sunday at 3p CT
