Things discovered in real life and online that you may like too.
I love a list.
I love a good documentary.
Here, the two come together.
Consider adding these to your ‘to be watched’ list.
DOCUMENTARIES WORTH WATCHING:

A common theme with all of these documentaries is passion and tenacity. It’s present in the subjects and in the people bringing us these wonderful stories.
For instance, in Who Killed Malcolm X, of course I was moved by the historical story but the passion, tenacity, and PERSISTENCE of Abdur-Rahman Muhammad to bring us this history moved me to tears!
What documentary would you recommend? Please share with me so I can check it out!
ON MY MIND - Often when reading or listening to a podcast, I will hear something that sends me down a rabbit hole of YouTube videos, articles, etc.
Right now it’s this: ‘our recall of what happened to us in our past is only 50% accurate’.
Wait. WHAT!?!
In context, Dr. Joe Dispenza talks about how we get caught up looping stories from our past and reliving the negative experience over and over again.
Meanwhile, 50% of what we are reliving isn’t even true BUT our body still reacts as if it is happening.
‘our recall of what happened to us in our past is only 50% accurate’.
It takes work to keep from getting stuck in ‘our stories’ but it is important to me to do the work and move forward.
Plus, I can’t imagine being stuck in something that didn’t even happen.
I’m fascinated and plan to look into this more.
Have you ever been guilty of being ‘stuck in a story’ from your past / ‘reliving a story’ over and over and OVER!?
THAT’S IT Y’ALL - see ya here next Sunday at 3p CT
*** holding myself accountable - if you were here last week I mentioned I needed to replace a lightbulb + add padding to a squeaky table - I didn’t get it done! I will tackle this week and report back*** - le SIGH!
