Oh how I love this!
What word comes to mind for you?
The drum circle.
“If we feel like screaming, we scream. If we’re playing loud, if we wanna get up and dance, we’re just releasing a lot of stress. This is healthy for us, because we don’t want to carry around this stress.” - Baba Leo speaking on the drum circle in this 2021 article
I video called several people because I really wanted to share the joy I felt in this moment.

Buy Weed From Women (BWFW) created by Jasmine Mans, is a Black women owned and operated product design house with local industrial screen printing based in Newark, New Jersey. Our apparel advocates for supporting women entrepreneurs and the legalization of cannabis. BWFW has released two capsules of clothing and has supplied product and design to the cannabis industries in both the United States and Canada. In June 2020, BWFW was featured in Forbes for our distribution partnership with Etain Health, which highlighted our “Good Weed Good Women'' cannabis industry’s first cannabis (cbd) boxes. A portion of the proceeds from “Good Weed Good Women'' goes to the New York City Food Bank.

Finishing out with Baba Leo in the drum circle along with a quote from that same 2021 article: “We come here to express, and to release these anxieties which we carry around with us all week.”
