Is the situation actually complicated or it it really quite straightforward, but you’re making it complicated because it requires a lot of courage to make the straightforward decision?
Who (or what) do you need to forgive, so you can move on and live well?
If someone took control of your life tomorrow, what’s the first thing they would change?
How, specifically, do you want your life to be better this time next year (Summer 2025)?
In which direction are your habits currently steering your life? Yoooooo - I am gonna be pondering this one!
What task am I avoiding that I can do in two minutes or start working on for two minutes? (paraphrased big time)
Are you doing what is required or are you looking for a shortcut?
Is that assumed or confirmed? (Jeanne Torre via James Clear) - I personally love this one when it comes to the stories we create in our head.
BONUS: Challenge yourself to do something out of your normal routine. What is one thing you can do this week that is different than what you do on a normal week?

I am subscribed to the newsletter too and am always challenged by the content in it.
I am going to have to pick one or two of the questions you listed to really dwell on and process but I can’t tell you which ones as of right now.
